3oz of steak.
Afternoon Snack:
1/2 cup of walnuts
10 g of blue cheese
1 tbls spoon peanut butter
6 crackers.
Dinner:
5 oz ground beef
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup of spinach
3oz of red wine.
